Adatkezelés, számlázás:
Az érvényes foglaláskor meg kell adni a vendég kapcsolattartójának telefonszámát, amit bármilyen probléma, felmerülő fontos kérdések esetére kapcsolattartásból a vendég/vendégek távozásáig megtartunk.
A szállásadóknak adatszolgáltatási kötelezettségük van az MTÜ (https://mtu.gov.hu/) felé. Érkezéskor a vendég köteles a szállásadónak átadni adatfelvétel céljából (BM okmányolvasóval) a személyes dokumentumait (útlevél vagy személyi igazolvány, lakcímkártya). A kötelező adatszolgáltatásról itt olvashat részletesebben : https://vizainfo.hu/szallashelyek.
Amennyiben nem szeretné az okmányait átadni a szálláshely tulajdonosának, előzetes vendégadat-rögzítésre is jogosult a vendég saját maga által. Az ehhez szükséges eljárást itt töltheti le/olvashatja: https://info.vendegem.hu/media/uploads/dokumentumok/sci_vendeg.pdf.
Mivel a NAV követelmény előírja a szolgáltatónak a számlázási kötelezettséget, és a számla kötelező eleme a számlázott fél neve és címe, valamint ha cég, akkor annak adószáma is, továbbá mivel e-számlát állít ki a tulajdonos, ezen kötelezettség teljesítéséhez szükségünk van az Ön lakcímkártyájára és e-mailcímére abban az esetben is, ha a vendég regisztrálja a vendégeket a Vendégem programban előzetesen. Amennyiben nem óhajtja átadni a tulajdonosnak a lakcímkártyáját, e-mailben is elküldheti a számlázási címet a e-mail címe e-mailcímre.
A tulajdonos kijelenti, hogy a vendég/vendégek adatait nem használja fel más célból, csakis és kizárólag a fenti kötelezettségekhez, valamint a tulajdonos nem tárolja az adatokat nyomtatott formában. A számítógépen tárolt adatok addig tárolódnak, amíg a reklamáció lehetősége el nem évül.
Fizetés érkezéskor:
Érkezéskor a vendég köteles a fennmaradó szállásdíj összegét kifizetni, ha még nem lett kiegyenlítve. Vendégeink a szobákat csak a teljes szolgáltatási ár kifizetése után foglalhatják el!
Érkezési/távozási idő:
Vendégházunk családi vállalkozás, munkaidőnk változatos, leginkább vendégeink érkezési idejéhez igazítjuk, ezért fontos az egymással való időegyeztetés. A szállás az érkezés napján 14.00 és 20.00 között lehet elfoglalni. Ha később érkezne, késéséről kérjük, telefonon tájékoztasson minket! Ha ezt elmulasztja, megeshet, hogy nem tudjuk fogadni.
A távozás napján 10.00-ig kell elhagyni a szálláshelyet, ellenkező esetben felárat számolunk fel. Kérjük szíveskedjen maximum előző napon megbeszélni velünk, hogy hány óra felé szeretné elhagyni a vendégházat, hogy időben meg tudjunk jelenni kulcsátvételhez.
Látogatók (nem szállóvendégek) a szálláshelyen kizárólag napközben fogadhatók 21.00-ig a szállásadó engedélyével.
Dohányzás tilos a vendégházban, csak az udvaron megengedett. Elektromos cigarettára és IQOS-ra is vonatkozik! A csikkeket kérjük, az erre a célra fenntartott hamutartókba szíveskedjenek eldobni!
Bármilyen állat csak a tulajdonos engedélyével, felár ellenében tartózkodhat a szálláshely területén.
Házi kedvencek szükségleteinek elvégzését kötelesek ellenőrizni, és a „mellékterméket” összeszedni, külön zacskóban tárolni a kertben, amit a távozáskor a tulajdonos fog a hulladékkal a kukába tenni.
Nyílt láng : tüzet rakni csak a kijelölt helyen lehet (szalonnasütő) a mindenkori tűzvédelmi szabályok betartásával! Ügyeljünk, hogy a tűz ne legyen túl nagy, ami veszélyes a környezetben lévő dús biomassza miatt! Házon belül gyertyagyújtás nem megengedett.
Fontos: nyílt lángot (gyertya, kerti sütögetés, és bármilyen más nyílt láng) szigorúan tilos egyedül hagyni az ingatlan bármely területén, személyes ottlét a láng mellett kötelező !
Kert : a vendégház kertjében lévő levendulabokrokról nyugodtan szedhetnek levendulavirágokat. Kerti ollót biztosítunk, amennyiben igény van rá.
Fűtés : a rezsicsökkentés csökkentése miatt (2022 augusztus), és annak érdekében, hogy ne kelljen további szállásdíjat emelni, a fűtésszezonban (október 15 – április 15) a garantált maximális hőmérséklet a vendégházban 21 fok.
Tisztaság: az Ön/Önök higiéniai biztonsága és komfortérzésük növelése érdekében próbálunk a minimum felett teljesíteni. Kérjük ne felejtse, hogy esetlegesen az Ön/Önök távozása után pár órával már érkezhetnek vendégek. Hogy nekik is ugyanazt a színvonalat tudjuk garantálni, kérjük ügyeljenek a tisztaságra. Nem kritérium, de megköszönjük, ha a cipőt levenné a bejáratnál, és hozott, saját papucsot használna a házban. Ez a vendég komfortját is biztosítja.
Takarítás: az egy hétnél hosszabb tartózkodású vendégeinknek heti egy takarítást ágynemű és törölköző cserével előre megbeszélt időpontban biztosítunk. Igény esetén vendégeink felár ellenében napi takarítást is kérhetnek. Felár: 3000.- Ft /alkalom. Mosatási lehetőséget biztosítunk felár ellenében: 500 Ft/alkalom.
Ingyenesen biztosított eszközök kérésre: vasaló és vasalóállvány, varrókészlet, esernyő, hajszárító, babakád, babaágy, etetőszék, cipőtisztító eszközök. Vendégeink kérésére plusz takarót biztosítunk.
Ellátás: Jól felszerelt konyhában tudja biztosítani az étkezést. Élelmiszerboltok és éttermek címét kérje a tulajdonostól, aki szívesen ad tájékoztatást! Két tekercs wc papírt, szappant, tusfürdőt, egy pár napra való cukrot, sót, teát, kávét és kávékapszulát (Tshibo) biztosítunk, hogy rövid időre érkező vendégeinknek ne kelljen nagyobb mennyiséget vásárolnia feleslegesen.
Igény szerint reggelit tudunk hozatni a Venezia Pizzériából (6600 Szentes, Szent Imre herceg utca 12-14.) 3500.-/fő áron, megbeszélt időpontra 7.30-9.30 között.
Programokról és környékbeli információval (posta, fő látnivalók, kirándulóhelyek, strandok, stb) a tulajdonos örömmel ad tájékoztatást, kérjük vegye fel a kapcsolatot velünk! Pár brochurát a vendégházban is talál. Valamint keresse fel honlapunkat, ahol ~50 km-es körzetben ajánlunk látnivalókat. Kerékpárt felár ellenében tudunk biztosítani 2000.-/nap/kerékpár
Transzfer: előzetes egyeztetés alapján transzfer szolgáltatást biztosít, városon belül díjmentesen, városon kívül 100 Ft/km térítési díj ellenében, érkezéskor, elutazáskor, valamint a tartózkodás ideje alatt eseti jelleggel.

A fenti szám hívása után kérjük értesítse a tulajdonost is a házirend legelején lévő telefonszámon. Ne felejtse, hogy felelőtlen hívás esetén Ön viseli annak következményeit.
Kártérítés : az ingatlan területén okozott kárt a károkozó, vagy annak törvényes képviselője köteles megtéríteni. Az ingatlanban a vendégek és felelősségük nincs biztosítva semmilyen biztosítótársaság által!
Fenntartjuk a jogot a vendégkörünk megválogatására. Ittas állapotú, agresszív hajlamú vendégeket nem fogadunk! A tulajdonos jogában áll lemondani a szállást, ha a vendég nem tartja be a házirendet és ha megbontja a békét. Ebben az esetben a vendégnek nem áll módunkban visszafizetni az esetlegesen fennmaradó napokat.

Felelősségvállalás :
a vendég felelős a saját és házi kedvence viselkedéséért a házban és a kertben egyaránt, az esetleges balesetért maga viseli a következményeket. A szállás igénybevételével magától értetődik, hogy a vendég elolvasta, megértette és elfogadta a házirendben foglaltakat. A feltételek/házirend nemelolvasása, nemismerete nem mentesít a következmények alól!!!

When making a valid reservation, the contact phone number of the guest must be provided. This number will be retained for communication purposes until the guest(s) depart, in case of any issues or important matters.
Accommodation providers are legally obliged to provide data to the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ – https://mtu.gov.hu/). Upon arrival, guests are required to present their personal identification documents (passport or ID card and address card) for data recording purposes using the official document scanner. If the guest does not wish to hand over their documents to the accommodation provider, they may register their data independently in advance. Instructions are available here:

Due to invoicing obligations prescribed by the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), the invoice must include the name and address of the invoiced party, and in the case of a company, its tax number as well. Since the owner issues electronic invoices, we require your address card and email address even if guest data has been registered in advance via the Vendégem system. If you do not wish to hand over your address card, the billing address may also be sent by email.
The owner declares that guest data is used exclusively for the above legal obligations and is not stored in printed form. Digital data is retained only until the period for possible complaints expires.
Payment Upon Arrival
Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the remaining accommodation fee if it has not been settled in advance. Rooms may only be occupied after the full service fee has been paid.
Check-in / Check-out Times
Our guesthouse is a family business with flexible working hours, mainly adjusted to guests’ arrival times; therefore, prior time coordination is essential.

Visitors
Visitors who are not registered guests may only be received during the daytime until 21:00, and only with the owner’s permission.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse and is only permitted in the courtyard. This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes and IQOS devices. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated ashtrays.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with the owner’s prior permission and subject to an additional fee.
Pet owners are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them. Waste must be collected, stored separately in the garden, and will be disposed of by the owner upon departure.
Open Fire
Open fire may only be used in designated areas (bacon roasting/fireplace area) and in compliance with current fire safety regulations. Please ensure that the fire is not excessively large due to the surrounding dense biomass.
Candles are strictly prohibited inside the house.
Important: Any open flame (candles, outdoor cooking, grilling, or any other open fire) must never be left unattended anywhere on the property. Continuous personal supervision is mandatory.
Garden
Guests are welcome to pick lavender flowers from the lavender bushes in the garden. Garden scissors are provided upon request.
Heating
Due to changes in utility cost regulations (from August 2022) and in order to avoid further accommodation price increases, during the heating season (October 15 – April 15) the guaranteed maximum indoor temperature is 21°C.
Cleanliness
For your hygiene and comfort, we aim to exceed minimum cleanliness standards. Please note that new guests may arrive only a few hours after your departure. To ensure the same level of comfort for everyone, we kindly ask you to take care of cleanliness during your stay.
Although not mandatory, we would appreciate it if you remove your shoes at the entrance and use your own indoor slippers. This also contributes to guest comfort.
Cleaning Services
For stays longer than one week, one weekly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is provided at a pre-arranged time.
Upon request, daily cleaning is available for an additional fee:

Complimentary Equipment (upon request)
Iron and ironing board, sewing kit, umbrella, hairdryer, baby bathtub, baby cot, high chair, shoe cleaning equipment. Additional blankets are also available upon request.

Guests may prepare their own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Addresses of grocery stores and restaurants are available upon request.
We provide two rolls of toilet paper, soap, shower gel, and a small supply of sugar, salt, tea, coffee, and coffee capsules (Tchibo) so that short-stay guests do not need to purchase large quantities unnecessarily.

Datenschutz & Rechnungsstellung
Bei einer gültigen Reservierung ist die Telefonnummer des Hauptgastes anzugeben. Diese wird für die Dauer des Aufenthalts zu Kontaktzwecken aufbewahrt, falls Probleme oder wichtige Fragen auftreten.
Unterkunftsanbieter sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, Daten an die Ungarische Tourismusagentur (MTÜ – https://mtu.gov.hu/) zu übermitteln. Bei der Ankunft sind die Gäste verpflichtet, ihre persönlichen Dokumente (Reisepass oder Personalausweis sowie Meldekarte) zur Datenerfassung mittels offizieller Dokumentenscanner vorzulegen. Sollten Sie Ihre Dokumente nicht persönlich übergeben wollen, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Daten im Voraus selbst zu registrieren. Die entsprechende Anleitung finden Sie hier:

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Rechnungsstellungspflicht (NAV) muss die Rechnung den Namen und die Adresse des Rechnungsempfängers enthalten, bei Firmen zusätzlich die Steuernummer. Da die Eigentümerin elektronische Rechnungen ausstellt, benötigen wir Ihre Adressdaten und E-Mail-Adresse auch dann, wenn die Gäste bereits vorab im Vendégem-System registriert wurden. Alternativ können die Rechnungsdaten per E-Mail übermittelt werden.
Die Eigentümerin erklärt, dass die Gästedaten ausschließlich zur Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen verwendet und nicht in gedruckter Form gespeichert werden. Die digitale Speicherung erfolgt nur bis zum Ablauf der Reklamationsfrist.
Zahlung bei Anreise
Bei der Ankunft ist der noch offene Betrag der Unterkunft zu begleichen, sofern dieser nicht bereits im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Die Zimmer dürfen erst nach vollständiger Bezahlung des Gesamtpreises bezogen werden.
Anreise- und Abreisezeiten
Unser Gästehaus ist ein Familienbetrieb mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, die sich überwiegend nach den Ankunftszeiten unserer Gäste richten. Daher ist eine vorherige zeitliche Abstimmung erforderlich.

Bei späterer Ankunft bitten wir um telefonische Benachrichtigung. Andernfalls kann es vorkommen, dass wir Sie nicht empfangen können. -
Check-out: bis 10:00 Uhr am Abreisetag
Bei verspäteter Abreise wird ein Aufpreis berechnet. Bitte teilen Sie uns spätestens am Vortag mit, zu welcher Uhrzeit Sie abreisen möchten, damit die Schlüsselübergabe organisiert werden kann.
Besucher
Besucher, die keine Übernachtungsgäste sind, dürfen nur tagsüber bis 21:00 Uhr und ausschließlich mit Zustimmung der Eigentümerin empfangen werden.
Rauchen
Rauchen ist im Gästehaus strengstens verboten und ausschließlich im Hof gestattet. Dies gilt auch für E-Zigaretten und IQOS-Geräte. Zigarettenstummel sind in den dafür vorgesehenen Aschenbechern zu entsorgen.
Haustiere
Haustiere sind nur mit vorheriger Zustimmung der Eigentümerin und gegen Aufpreis erlaubt.
Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, die Bedürfnisse ihrer Haustiere zu überwachen und Hinterlassenschaften zu beseitigen. Diese sind getrennt in Beuteln im Garten aufzubewahren und werden bei der Abreise von der Eigentümerin entsorgt.
Offenes Feuer
Offenes Feuer ist ausschließlich an den dafür vorgesehenen Stellen (z. B. Grill-/Feuerstelle) und unter Einhaltung der jeweils geltenden Brandschutzvorschriften erlaubt. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass das Feuer aufgrund der üppigen Vegetation nicht zu groß wird.
Kerzen sind im Haus nicht erlaubt.
Wichtig: Offenes Feuer (Kerzen, Grillen, Kochen im Freien oder jede andere Form von Feuer) darf auf dem gesamten Grundstück niemals unbeaufsichtigt gelassen werden. Eine ständige persönliche Anwesenheit ist verpflichtend.
Garten
Im Garten des Gästehauses dürfen Gäste gerne Lavendelblüten von den Lavendelsträuchern pflücken. Gartenscheren stellen wir auf Wunsch zur Verfügung.
Heizung
Aufgrund der Änderungen bei den Energiekosten (seit August 2022) und um weitere Preiserhöhungen zu vermeiden, beträgt die garantierte maximale Raumtemperatur während der Heizperiode (15. Oktober – 15. April) 21 °C.
Sauberkeit
Zu Ihrer hygienischen Sicherheit und Ihrem Komfort bemühen wir uns, die Mindestanforderungen zu übertreffen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wenige Stunden nach Ihrer Abreise bereits neue Gäste anreisen können. Um auch ihnen denselben Standard zu gewährleisten, bitten wir Sie, auf Sauberkeit zu achten.
Es ist keine Pflicht, wir würden es jedoch begrüßen, wenn Sie Ihre Schuhe am Eingang ausziehen und eigene Hausschuhe im Haus benutzen.
Reinigung
Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als einer Woche wird einmal wöchentlich eine Reinigung mit Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel zu einem vorher vereinbarten Zeitpunkt durchgeführt.
Auf Wunsch ist eine tägliche Reinigung gegen Aufpreis möglich:

Verpflegung
Die Mahlzeiten können in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst zubereitet werden. Adressen von Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants erhalten Sie gerne von der Eigentümerin.
Wir stellen zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschgel sowie eine kleine Menge Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kaffee und Kaffeekapseln (Tchibo) zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch kann Frühstück von der Venezia Pizzeria
(6600 Szentes, Szent Imre herceg utca 12–14)
zum Preis von 3.500 HUF / Person zwischen 07:30 und 09:30 Uhr zu einer vereinbarten Zeit organisiert werden.

Informationen zu Programmen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Post, Ausflugszielen, Stränden usw. erhalten Sie gerne von der Eigentümerin. Einige Broschüren befinden sich auch im Gästehaus.

Transferservice
Nach vorheriger Absprache wird ein Transferservice angeboten: innerhalb der Stadt kostenlos, außerhalb der Stadt gegen 100 HUF/km, bei An- und Abreise sowie während des Aufenthalts nach Bedarf.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass missbräuchliche Notrufe rechtliche Konsequenzen haben können.
Haftung & Schadensersatz
Für Schäden auf dem Grundstück haftet der Verursacher oder dessen gesetzlicher Vertreter.
Für Gäste und deren Eigentum besteht keine Versicherung.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, unsere Gäste auszuwählen. Stark alkoholisierte oder aggressive Personen werden nicht aufgenommen. Bei Verstoß gegen die Hausordnung oder Störung der Ruhe ist die Eigentümerin berechtigt, den Aufenthalt ohne Rückerstattung zu beenden.

Haftungserklärung
Der Gast ist für sein eigenes Verhalten sowie für das Verhalten seiner Haustiere im Haus und im Garten verantwortlich und trägt die Folgen etwaiger Unfälle selbst.
Mit der Inanspruchnahme der Unterkunft erklärt der Gast, dass er diese Hausordnung gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert hat. Unkenntnis der Hausordnung entbindet nicht von den Konsequenzen.
